Renee Montoya has just met someone she thought was dead and now to learn more about the truth, she will have to force Lois to share it.
This chapter presents a few interesting developments.
Greg Rucka offers a new installment where he explores plot-points that he created way back during the original 52 maxiseries. The most important one is obviously the return of Vic Sage, the original Question, in his most classic incarnation, meaning no more of that supernatural version of the New 52. In fact, Rucka reminisces the important moment of his death and his last moments with Renee where she became the new Question, there are intriguing ideas being created here like the fact that not even Renee remembers her own past correctly which Rucka seems to be playing it like a mystery along with the unexpected return of Vic which makes this series much more compelling.
The plot progresses appropriately enough with some important moments here and there although the last segment between Renee and Lois overextends the plot in a rather unnecessary manner where Lois literally tells her "You can't handle the truth!" which is kinda cringey and then goes into a whole speech about the idea of truth which is kinda worthless too.
Mike Perkins remains in art duties and is still pretty adequate thanks to his semi-realistic and dark tone.
Good read overall, hope there are more reveals soon.
