Who or what is Dead Water?

Arthur and Mera are trying to figure out the mystery behind the creature but the truth continues to avoid them and it might be too late already.

This was mostly a transition issue and is shows some weaknesses.

Dan Abnett continues his arc about Dead Water by including a mystery about the creation of the creature and how it affects other people. Is once again appreciated how he continues to develop some plot-points he created during his run here but they unfortunately don't advance the plot much.

In fact, while the characterization is still enjoyable, I felt that the story didn't progress a lot. Some mysteries are being revealed but aside from that not much happened here despite of the many scenes.

Philippe Briones handles the artwork and his style is pretty solid with a clean look and expressive characters.

Other than that, not the best chapter and I hope the next one is better.
