The end of humanity continues its road.

Jane is trying to investigate a way to save her people and Fred might be their only chance of survival.

Yeah, I don't think this is working for me.

Jimmy Palmiotti delivers a new chapter where he continues to explore how the human race tries to adapt to this condition. The problem with this book is that while the premise of the story is pretty intriguing, I don't think the execution is particularly exciting. The end of humanity should be something much more engaging to read but unfortunately the plot progresses too slowly for its own good and that makes for a pretty dull read. These are just a bunch of little events that are leading to the real important part.

The best aspect of the book are the family dynamics and even those are not that abundant since most of the time both Fred and Jane are separated and most of the plot is not dedicated to their children. The series lacks a lot of the classic fun tone from the original cartoon and that ultimately affects it.

Pier Brito's artwork is decent in terms of storytelling although his style can look rough.

Not sure if I will continue with this one, was expecting better.
