Can the Penguin kill Red Hood?

Jason has kidnapped the Penguin but the villain has some contingency plans for that although not even that might be enough to stop him.

New chapter that implements a few forgotten concepts.

Scott Lobdell offers another installment where he plays with the ramifications of the disappearance of the Penguin. Penguin's connections are quickly revealed and they come for Jason and his friends, this leads to an action-packed issue where the whole cast has an important role, especially a few new additions like Suzie Su and her sisters.

Best of all is that Lobdell returns to a few ideas that he invented early on his Red Hood work like the All-Caste and even more important, Isabel who received a rather underwhelming send-off by James Tynion IV during his run and now is finally back, hopefully things will turn out better for Jason and her.

Pete Woods handles the art and is solid with expressive characters and intense fight scenes.

Good read, hope the next one is even better.
