Some thoughts about Freedom Fighters #11

Freedom is coming.

The Cyborg Overman has been unleashed and he's willing to destroy Uncle Sam but the idea of the hero might be too strong to be stopped.

Penultimate chapter and what a chapter.

Robert Venditti is about to conclude his work on this universe in the best way. The appearance of Cyborg Overman obviously complicates things for the Freedom Fighters but still Venditti uses this as an opportunity to show how powerful Uncle Sam is, delivering memorable moment after memorable moment and creating a pretty engaging fight scene.

The rest of the team also have their own interesting segments in terms of character and action while the story escalates pretty fast to the end where the psychotic new Führer implements his last resource which could mean the end of everyone.

Eddy Barrow handles the layouts while Eber Ferreira finishes the work and the result is pretty solid as a whole with strong battle scenes and a dark tone.

Good read, hope the ending is satisfying.
