Greg Rucka offers a new installment where he delivers more of the same. The highlight continues to be the dynamic between the characters and the development it offers. One of the most interesting parts being the conversation between Renee and Batman which showcases a lot of characterization in a rather subtle way. There are a few key characters added to mix too.

However, there's also little plot progression as usual with just a few steps getting closer to an actual revelation and if that wasn't predictable enough, we also get the classic Rucka shallow social commentary that tries to be relevant but offers very little value.

Mike Perkins' art is pretty solid with expressive characters in a semi-realistic tone.

Decent enough but my God, things need to happen already.
