I see that The OFFICIAL GERRY ANDERSON site has published my resubmitted review of the Special Edition of TV21 #243, so I have removed my earlier post about them to give them a fair crack of the whip.  Hopefully, my review will remain until they sell out of stock of this particular issue.

(Note: I forgot to delete a reference in the review to a FANDERSON publication, so hopefully it won't prove too confusing as the issue mentioned isn't shown, contrary to what is stated.)
