Some thoughts about Teen Titans #43

The Teen Titans need to stop their own leader.
Robin is out of control and is willing to face his enemies in the worst way possible but his friends believe that there's still another way.
The flaws I mentioned in the last issue are accentuated in this one.
Robbie Thompson offers a new installment where bad characterization is sadly abundant. As I said last time, some characters in this book sounded rather off including Roundhouse, Wallace and Emiko. Here however, pretty much EVERYONE is out of character with Wallace failing to be the voice of reason, Roundhouse being weirdly peaceful and violent at the same time, Crush talking in forced "tough/cool" linguistic and finally Damian getting increasingly more dangerous for everyone around.
The latter point is especially confusing and terrible because Adam Glass' entire run was all about Damian learning that his proactive ways to fight crime were ultimately wrong and useless. Here he is even more extreme and decided to kill villains for personal reasons. Character development thrown to trash.
Jesus Merino handles the art and is typical Merino work, serviceable at best.
This run is turning pretty badly pretty quickly. Not sure if I should continue.
