Can Spoiler catch her father once for all?
Cluemaster is back and Stephanie just can't let him get away with his plans but this could ruin her date plans with Tim.
Yeah, this is still not working.
Brian Bendis offers a new installment that should have been better than it actually is. A standalone story after the constant storyarcs that go nowhere and focusing on Spoiler should have been a big win. Alas, it seems like Bendis just can't be creative enough in this book to make it entertaining and thus is mostly a forgettable tale about capturing Cluemaster without anything worth mentioning.
And is not like is even bad, is just dull (which can be worse than bad mind you). There's absolutely nothing remarkable here in terms of characterization or story, it doesn't even progress any of the unsolved plot-points that have been plaguing this book since the beginning (Oh, and at the end we go straight to yet another storyline).
Scott Godlewski and Michael Avon Oeming share the pencils and their work is solid during their respective segments with a fluid style.
Pretty mediocre which is what you should expect from this book at this point.
