Helena Wayne is following on her parents' steps in her own way but the current case might put her at odds with her own mother.

This series continues and I'm starting to notice a new trend in Tom King's writing.

As we all saw in Heroes in Crisis, King is not exactly the best at creating at an actual engaging, or even satisfying, "mystery" story so to create a similar feel, he prefers to go for an overly-obscure writing in bizarre scenarios with very little hints about what's actually happening, this method of storytelling is very prominent in Rorschach right now, sometimes to a fault, and is obviously present here because of how the plot flows from present to past while there's not an actual revelation about what is the point of all of it.

Mind you, the story here is not as unnecessarily vague as Rorschach as there are cool details going on here as well as interesting moments of characterization that don't really as much on the plot but I wish that King went for a direction similar to what he does in Strange Adventures.

Clay Mann's art is exactly what you would expect, beautiful characters and many scenes that sexualize Selina, not necessarily bad but sometimes feels overdone.

Decent enough overall. Hope there are more revelations in the future.
