The Kingbutcher is chasing people who have been granted what they desire the most and is up to the team to stop him no matter the cost.
Yeaaaaah, this is still not working, I sound like a broken record at this point.
Steve Orlando delivers a new chapter where he focuses on a new enemy and a new idea. The problem is that such enemy is not particularly interesting by himself and while his idea might be explored more deeply in the next chapter, is still not interesting enough to be invested in him. This makes the plot not really engaging and to be honest doesn't make me intrigued for the rest of it.
Is there something valuable here? Well, the character interaction can be good and Ray receives some solid developments and an interesting conflict at the end but this is only limited to the portrayals.
Andy MacDonald handles the art and is quite frankly pretty mediocre with rough character models and average storytelling.
Shame about this book, still undecided if I should continue with it.
