Who is the Red Cloud?

Many people are investigating who is behind the current attacks and the culprit could be closer than anyone expected.

Things are getting a bit more interesting at least.

Brian Bendis offers a new installment where quite a few revelations are delivered. For one, Bendis includes a generous amount of references and characters from the DCU into the plot in an interesting manner. Obscure concepts like Dial H and heroes like The Question are fine additions that contribute to the story and also help to its progress.

Best of all, is the true identity of the Red Cloud, the villain of this entire arc. The way how it was handled puts everything in a new context. Mind you, that character was never a good person so the role being played here is not exactly surprising but manages to make things much more dangerous and personal now.

Ryan Sook's artwork is stunning as usual with beautiful characters, vibrant style and strong storytelling.
